Recovering account access: login email lost?

Did you lose access to your account login email? We can help. Just send an email to support@yola.com with the subject "Lost access to my login email”. 

Our support team member will verify your ownership of the account. Once it has been confirmed, you will be able to recover access to your account.

Need help immediately? Try these self-help steps:

  1. Make sure that your caps lock is not turned on and that you haven’t entered any spaces before or after your email address when you try to log in, as this will prevent your email address from being recognized.
  2. If you own multiple email addresses, please make sure that you are using the correct one when you log in.

Please note: Yola will never disclose your login information to anyone - even someone claiming to be you!
