We are sorry to hear about the fraudulent transaction on your card. Please get in touch with the Customer Service Team and forward the following information so that we can search our system to find out if there is definitely a transaction as well as disable the related account.
We would need the following information:
- The name that appears on your card.
- The last 4 digits on your card.
- The date of the transaction(s).
- How many transactions there were and their individual costs.
- Any reference numbers that you see on your side.
