While we strive for as close to 100% uptime as humanly possible, we are unable to guarantee this, as something unforeseen could go wrong. Our uptime from month to month is consistently between 99 and 100%. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we have a team of engineers standing by 24 hours a day to fix it as quickly as possible.
Our support team is also available to answer questions regarding technical emergencies 24 hours a day and we will always share the latest information with you about anything that goes wrong, an ETA for a fix, and a notification once the problem is solved.
