If you are trying to reset your password and have not received the password reset email then there are a number of reasons why this might have occurred:
- Check your spam/junk mail filters to make sure the email hasn't ended up there.
- Your email host may have rejected the email.
- You might have accidentally typed your email address incorrectly, which is why the password reset email is not being delivered to your address.
