How will I know when the bug has been resolved?

If you submit a bug report to Yola, we investigate as soon as we possibly can. We may have to ask you for some additional information to make sure that we fully understand the problem.

If we are able to replicate the bug, we will log it immediately so that our engineers can get to work on fixing it. Some bugs are easy to find and destroy. Others are persistent pests that take longer to eliminate.

Once your bug has been fixed we will send you a follow-up email, informing you of the fix.
