I am a Yola Silver/Yola Gold customer. Where is my premium support?

The Yola Support Team will respond to premium support requests as a priority, and do our best to answer them in under 24 hours - quicker if we can possibly manage it!

Our system is designed to recognize the email address of your Yola account, which is linked to your account status. If you use a different email address or don't provide one, it is unable to find your details and will send you an incorrect response or increase the response time.
