If you see "Website not available" when visiting a site hosted on Yola, this means one of these few things:
- Your hosting package has been expired. This needs to be renewed in your My Yola page.
- Your domain has expired. After the domain has expired, you have 30 days to renew your domain. You can do this through your My Yola page.
- The site has been disabled for violating our terms of service.
If you are unsure which applies, please get in touch with the Customer Service and send us the domain URL.
