What does it mean by 'too little content' when it comes up as a fault in the SEO scan?

Search engines read text on a page to tell what the page is about when deciding to list it for certain keywords. If you have a page and you are selling "fashion necklaces" or discussing the service of "Chrysler Sebring engine repair", the page content needs to say this.

A good rule of thumb is that a search engine needs at least 200 words of content on a page to pick it up, and it also needs to mention the keyword.
