I no longer have access to my old email account. How can I update my login details?

We are sorry to hear that you no longer have control over the email address that you used when you created your account.

The difficulty we have is establishing that you are the owner of the account. We need to do this for security reasons. Could you click on the email link below and provide us with the following information:

  • The email address you used to use for your account on Yola.
  • A statement saying that you declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are the lawful owner of the account.A description of the websites in your account.
  • The email address that was compromised or that you no longer have access to.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, should a dispute over the ownership of the account arise, including full name, new email address, physical address, and telephone number.
