Why can I no longer access my email?

If you're finding that you're no longer able to access your email, it could be that your domain has been suspended.

The domain governing body ICANN requires that all changes to personal information on registered domains are validated. This is something that is out of Yola's control. For more details, please read the Exhibit A: Registration Agreement .

As a result, your domain may have been suspended in accordance with the new ICANN policies.  For information on how to address this, please visit this tutorial: Verifying Contact Information for ICANN Validation.

Once you've verified your domain, your email should work again.
