If you wish to change the terms of your payment from monthly to annually or vice versa, you can do this easily here:
- Log in to My Yola.
- Hover your cursor over your email address (located at the top of the page).
- Click Account Status on the drop-down menu.
- Click Renew next to your subscription details.
- When you are in the purchase confirmation screen, simply mouse over the package name and click Edit in the bottom left-hand corner. You can now choose to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription. To confirm click OK.
- Follow the steps to make your payment and renew your subscription.
Please note: If you have the auto-renewal feature turned on, this will not be possible Please contact us to turn off the auto-renewal feature first and then you can proceed with changing the terms of your payment.
