How can I change my payments from monthly to annually or annually to monthly?

If you wish to change the terms of your payment from monthly to annually or vice versa, you can do this easily here:

  1. Log in to My Yola.
  2. Hover your cursor over your email address (located at the top of the page).
  3. Click Account Status on the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Renew next to your subscription details.
  5. When you are in the purchase confirmation screen, simply mouse over the package name and click Edit in the bottom left-hand corner. You can now choose to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription. To confirm click OK.
  6. Follow the steps to make your payment and renew your subscription.

Please note: If you have the auto-renewal feature turned on, this will not be possible Please contact us to turn off the auto-renewal feature first and then you can proceed with changing the terms of your payment.
