How to add or edit the taxes

When setting up taxes, you first need to create a Destination Zone for where the tax will be applied. Then, create your tax and apply it to the zone.

Here's how to set this up:

  1. In the Sitebuilder, go to Menu > Store.
  2. Go to Settings > Zones.
  3. Click +Add New Zone.
  4. Create the name of the created destination zone.
  5. Click Add country.
  6. Select your country (e.g., United States) and region (e.g., California) from the menu.
  7. Repeat as needed for Region and or States.
  8. Click Taxes in the left-hand menu.
  9. In the "Manual" section, click Manage Tax Rates.
  10. Click +Add New Tax.
  11. Enter your tax name and define the other settings. Tick the box next to Enabled by default for all products if each product should be taxable.
  12. Click the Specify rates per zone button.
  13. Select the zone created earlier and enter the tax rate (e.g., 5%).
  14. Click Add rate.
  15. Click Save.
