We have received reports that the Chinese government has blocked all our hosted sites. The error you will see is a "network timeout" when you try to access your site. We are not sure why our sites have been blocked, but we know that other similar services (including YouTube and WordPress) have been blocked in the same way from time to time.
We do not know if this is temporary, permanent or intermittent or whether we have been blocked on the domain name, IP address or keywords.
After making inquiries we are told that we might never get an explanation or a solution. Unfortunately, that is all we can tell you.
