I'm trying to reset my password and it doesn't work

If those are the steps you are taking, please get in touch with the Customer Service team and send us the steps you are taking reset your password as well as your login email address. What happens after you try to reset it? Do you get an error message? Also, it would be helpful to know what browser and version you are using.
