Dealing with renewal notices

If you have recently renewed your domain and you're still getting renewal notices; this is most likely due to the fact that you have at one point purchased a hosting subscription. Your hosting subscription is probably approaching its expiry date and as a result, you're receiving notices to renew this. This is done separately from the domain renewal.  

It is not compulsory to renew your hosting subscription. If you decide to let your hosting subscription expire, your account will revert back to a Yola Free account and you will lose all the features you had with a paid hosting subscription. 

To renew your hosting subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola account.

2. Hover over your email address and select Account Status. Next to your hosting subscription, on the right-hand side, click on the Renew link.

3. Follow the steps to renew your Yola Silver account.

4. If you have multiple accounts with a hosting subscription in each, then you will need to renew each account separately by following the above steps.
