It is important to note that there are certain domain registrars who send unsolicited emails asking people to transfer and renew their domains with them. These domain registrars get your contact information from WHOIS because your domain registration details are publicly available.
You can choose to make your details private by purchasing domain privacy at USD9.95 per year (please contact Customer Support if you would like to do this).
You can safely ignore any emails about your domain renewal that do not come from Yola directly. When we send the renewal reminder to you, we will use a Yola letterhead and Yola email address so that you know it comes from us. We will not allow your domain to expire without giving you an opportunity to renew it first.
