Problems with publishing my site

If you are having problems publishing your site, please try the following:

  1. Log out all open accounts, including Yola, close and restart your browser, then log in again.
  2. Try using Yola in a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
  3. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
  4. Clear your web browser's cache.
  5. Check your browser's privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser.
  6. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript.
  7. Try loading the site using a different internet service provider by connecting on another computer or network, if possible.

If none of these suggestions solves your problem, please go to supportdetails.com and download the PDF (you will see the button at the bottom of the page). Send the PDF document to support@yola.com.
