Why am I being asked to pay again if I already renewed?

Yola Bronze, Yola Silver and Yola Gold are our premium hosting packages and these are renewed separately from your domain. As a result, there are two possible scenarios:

Scenario 1:  You may have renewed just the hosting subscription. As a result, you still need to renew your domain. To learn how to do this, please see this link.

Scenario 2:  You have renewed your domain but not the hosting package.  You need to renew the hosting package if you wish to publish your site to your custom domain. Please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Yola account. Go to your My Yola page.

2. Hover on your email address located along the top. A drop-down menu will open up.

3. Click Account Status.

4. Click Renew. Follow the steps to make your payment and renew your subscription.
