How do I get a receipt for the payments I've made on Yola?

We do send payment confirmations and receipts to you via email. If you have not received them, please check your junk mail folder as they may have landed up there.

Alternatively, please email us with your request so that we can send a copy of the receipt to you. We'll need to know what your Yola login email address is and what it is that you purchased.

Please note: We email monthly receipts by request only.
