The "I am not a robot" section is part of Google reCAPTCHA.
CAPTCHA is a system intended to distinguish human from the machine, which has traditionally asked site visitors to type various numbers and letters in order to proceed. Google reCAPTCHA has now modernized this process by asking site visitors to simply check a box, taking out the hassle while boasting improved safety and security.
It is not possible to have this feature removed as it helps to prevent you from getting email spam.
