We are getting reports that when you try to publish your new site to a Yola-bought domain, the option to do this does not show up in the Publishing dialog box. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working on a solution.
In the meantime, there is a workaround. You can publish your site to a free subdomain, then add the custom domain. Here's how:
1. In the Sitebuilder of the site you wish to publish, click Publish.
2. In the Not ready yet? Try a free Yola subdomain section, create a free subdomain and click Next. Your site should now be published to your subdomain.
Now, let's add the custom domain:
1. Go to Settings > Publishing.
2. In the Your Domains section, next to the domain you wish to add, click Add.
3. Now you can select your custom domain as the primary domain by clicking Make Primary next to the domain.
If you wish to remove the subdomain after you've added the custom domain as the primary domain:
1. Go to Settings > Publishing.
2. In the Your Domains section, locate the unwanted subdomain, click Remove and this will remove the subdomain from the site.
