I forgot my email login and password

If you have forgotten your login password then click on this link: Reset Your Password and follow the directions.  Information on the new password will be sent to the login email address within 24 hours.

If you have forgotten the login email and have multiple email accounts which you might have used, then here is a trick you can use to find your login email. Try using each email address you have to see if you're able to log in. You can reset your password for each email address as described above. If you do not receive the 'reset password' email in any of your email accounts then please check the Spam/Junk folders in each of your email accounts as well.

If you are still unable to log into your account and the above 'trick' does not work then we will need you to answer some proof of account ownership questions we will send you.  Please get in touch with Customer Support and indicate Login or account problems in your message. Please include the following information so that we can find your Yola account in our records search:

  1. Your site URL.
  2. The name used to sign up for your account.
  3. Your site name.
